Any violation of these requirements is your responsibility.

The Services may include AI-generated responses, automated voice interactions, call recordings or other machine-generated content.

• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for certain use cases.
• You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical or compliance-related decisions.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, authorizations or disclosures before recording or processing voice or personal data through the platform.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws governing the collection, storage, processing and sharing of customer and end-client information.

• Inform customers of applicable AI or voice-recording use
• Provide opt-out mechanisms where required
• Maintain security safeguards to protect sensitive data

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from or related to use of the Services.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the service provider, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
